Returns and Exchanges
Before your child wears their new shoes, please try them out on a clean surface to ensure they fit well – shoes cannot be returned with scratched or dirty soles.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality shoes for your little ones. If, in the very unlikely event, your item is faulty or damaged, we will happily issue you a refund on the cost of your shoe (postage is non-refundable), as long as you let us know within seven days of receiving your item.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition they were sent, with tags attached. If shoes are not in a resaleable condition, including the original packaging, your return will be refused (do not attach shipping labels, tape, markers or anything else to damage the box/packaging).

Please email us at littletoesshoes.com.au to organise your returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is unused and in good condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returns for REFUND – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your product, and if something isn’t right, please email us within 7 days, to receive a returns Authorisation Number (customers will be responsible for shipping and handling both ways). Returns without a valid Authorisation Number will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please include a self-addressed pre-paid envelope, or additional shipping charges will apply. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you can’t find another item for exchange, we will provide a store credit to the value of the goods purchased (excluding freight) and are valid for 6 months. 

Faulty/Defective Item

However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Australian Consumer Law: (1) exchange or refund of items for major failure or faults or (2) exchange or repair if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.  In assessing a claim for faulty goods, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

Damaged/faulty items must be advised within 3 days to be eligible. Upon receipt of the faulty product, we will undertake an evaluation of the product in conjunction with the manufacturer, and if the item is deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the item.

As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for paying postage to return faulty items but this may be refunded upon assessment of the shoes.

Has there been an error? If there is an error with your order, please let us know immediately, and we will correct it. We inspect all shoes before we ship them, so we are confident that defects are rare. If you feel you have received some defective shoes, please let us know.

When posting items back to us please obtain your receipt from your Post Office with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for a returned product that doesn’t arrive back to us. If an item returned is not in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange.

How long will it take to get a refund ??

Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase once we have received your items. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please keep in mind your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.
